Payuma Trio
The Payuma Trio comes to Camphill Village Kimberton Hills for a residency from March 20 to 23, culminating in a public concert in Rose Hall on Saturday, March 23 at 7 p.m. The Payuma Trio, named for its members Shao-Chu PAn, Ya-Yin YU, and Sarah MArtin, come to us from the Bard College Conservatory of Music. Their program will include Dvořák’s ravishing Trio in F minor, Opus 65. The concert is free and open to the public.
Of special interest: the distinguished violinist, two-time GRAMMY nominee and Avery Fisher career grant recipient, Jennifer Frautschi, will offer a coaching session to the Payuma Trio, open to the public, on Thursday afternoon, March 21, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in Rose Hall.
