Garlic Stir-Fried Snap Peas

  •  3 cups sugar snap peas

  • 1 tablespoon mild oil

  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • cooked rice (optional)

Heat oil in a skillet, stir in the minced garlic. Add peas, stir-fry for 2-4 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat and sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice with your favorite protein.
